ScentOS is a cloud-based platform with private customer workspaces. Each organization has its own account; projects, briefs, ideation sessions, and team data belong to that organization and are protected by authenticated access. Inside your account, role-based permissions and explicit sharing control who sees what — so teams collaborate without exposing work to other companies on the platform.

Secure access
Sign in with industry-standard authentication. Sessions are protected; deactivated or unauthorized users are blocked. Invitations and sharing only work within your account — you cannot share with someone outside your organization. Enterprise identity requirements can be discussed during onboarding.

Your fragrance concepts, briefs, projects, and related workspace content remain yours. ScentOS processes this information only to operate the platform and deliver the features you request.
AI-powered features send only the information needed to fulfill each request — for example, the brief or message relevant to the action you triggered. We do not use your workspace data to train ScentOS’s own models. Our AI providers process data under commercial terms that restrict use of customer content for model training.

After sign-in, every workspace operation is tied to your organization. Sharing and invitations are limited to users within the same account. Access to individual briefs and sessions respects ownership and explicit share permissions.

Can another ScentOS customer see our briefs?
No. Workspaces are separated by organization. Other customers cannot access your data through normal product use.

Is our data stored on shared cloud infrastructure?
Customer data runs on shared cloud infrastructure. Each organization’s data is logically isolated and accessible only through authenticated, organization-scoped access and role-based permissions.
How is our data used with AI features?
